Alot of people are afraid of giving someone with special needs a chance. Once you have let them into your life and tried to understand what they are about, you find out that they have alot of the same wants, needs and personality traits that most people do. they are just hampered with a disability. Once you have opened your mind and heart to someone with special needs, you will never turn back. All that I have ever met in my life are some of the most wonderful, caring and loving people you could ever meet. Their biggest need, ever is to have a friend to talk to and that cares. Start with a smile and a hello, and let it blossom from there!
