Today at one of my jobs, this old lady came walking in to go shopping and she happened to not be picking up her feet as she walked. I could just see this not ending well. In the doorway there is a rug, and as you could have guessed… she tripped and stumbled and crashed…. it was soooo sad…. I ran over to help her up …. she seemed okay. said thanks for helping her up but then told me how much of a hazard that rug was with it being there. I felt bad and did what I could in that situation.
