I was waiting to pick up kids at high school yesterday, a man walked up sat on the curb and asked some of the kids walking by if they had 3 quarters for the bus, he had been walking most of the day and was tired…they blew him off and kept walking. I looked in my console and had only 1, but several dimes and nickles…I have never ridden the bus before so I have no idea of what coin is needed, so I asked him if they had to be quarters or just 75c…he said any coin would do, so I scooped all that was in my console and told him to have a restful afternoon!
