My friend Tod Ernst, wouldn’t boast about this but his wife quietly told me about his “deed” and it warmed my heart. Tod owns Planet Hair, a salon located downtown at a busy intersection and he noticed a man walking by without adequate clothing for the frigid December temperatures. Tod took off his hat, scarf and gloves and gave them to the man.
