There are many animals at the Kansas Humane Society that rely on the generosity of people in the area to keep them comfortable and maybe get a “forever” home. The humane society has a wish list on their site (www.kshumane.org) with some items you can donate without even leaving your house! These animals are in there by no fault of thier own, and they deserve the best…just like your beloved pets at home.
If you are looking for a pet, consider the humane society. They will be spayed or neutered and most recieve training. If you are stuck on a certian breed just call and ask if they have a pet that may fit the bill. They may even be able to put you on a waiting list.
