I recently visited my daughter in Kansas City, who is involved in the fund raising for The Kansas City Reperatory Theatre’s adaptation of “A Christmas Story”. She had a person who was to play Santa at the fund raising premiere, who cancelled, at the last moment. I agreed to play Santa and helped a lot of children who wouild have been disappointed,not seeing Santa. I cannot tell you how good it felt to see the amazing smiles on the children’s and adult’s faces that evening, prior to the performance.
